I am trying to figure out which plan would be the best for my agency and I am trying to determine if upload limit time is tied to resolution in anyway. For example, on the Business plan it says that I am able to upload 5 hours of content. Does this number change at all if I am uploading 4K footage instead of 720p footage? I guess what I am trying to determine is if file size is also taken into account for upload limits. Any information anyone has on this would be appreciated.
I asked support this question a few weeks back and they assured me that upload limits are not tied to resolution in anyway. If your account allows you to upload 5 hours of footage you can upload 5 hours of 4k footage or 720p and it is all counted as the same. Hope that helps!
